NOTE: If the number of printed pages is not listed, it is because that manual is from the time period when the Army did not number pages in consecutive order from the beginning to the end of the manual, but started over with each chapter. For example, you have page numbers like 3-9 or 5-23. We did not have time to go through and count the pages.
